Once you file you have instant debt relief and most of your unsecured debts will be discharged forever. You can keep secured items such as cars and homes if you have the money to keep paying on them.

The firm handles all types of criminal cases and all traffic cases. Anything from drunk in public to murder and any traffic cases from speeding to DWI. Chris practices in all Northern Virginia General District, Circuit, and Juvenile Courts.

Domestic

Chris, at this time, handles only “Uncontested Divorces” at flat rates if the parties have signed a SEPARATION and/or PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. We also prepare for a flat fee Property Settlement Agreement/Separation agreements. Chris handles some custody and visitation matters.

General Practice & Estate Work

General practice includes attorney correspondence and also simple wills, living wills, and power of attorney.
